We know that behind every mental health statistic is a real person with a real story—often unheard, often unsupported. Whether it’s a young person silently battling anxiety, a mother navigating postpartum depression, or a refugee struggling to find their voice in a new land—we’re here to ensure no one walks alone.
Thrive and Live began as a response to a crisis: the overwhelming lack of culturally relevant, affordable mental health care available to marginalized groups. Fueled by compassion and rooted in lived experience, our founders set out to build more than an organization—they built a movement.
