Women’s Health
Women face unique mental health challenges that deserve specialized attention. The Women’s Health program is designed to address the emotional and psychological needs of women from diverse backgrounds, empowering them with the tools to manage stress, anxiety, and the mental strain of caregiving roles.
OUR INITIATIVES
- Women’s Emotional Wellness Circle
This initiative offers peer-led support groups tailored to women’s unique mental health needs, including stress management, postpartum depression, trauma recovery, and navigating life transitions. These safe spaces encourage open dialogue, foster connection, and reduce stigma around mental health issues affecting women.
- Maternal Mental Health Advocacy Program
Focused on addressing the mental health challenges surrounding pregnancy and motherhood, this program provides access to prenatal and postpartum counseling, educational workshops, and telehealth support for mothers experiencing anxiety, depression, or perinatal mood disorders.
- Breaking the Silence: Trauma-Informed Care for Women
A trauma-focused initiative offering therapy and workshops for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of trauma. This program combines evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), with resources to rebuild self-confidence and safety.
